Trainee Sales Associate

 This course is meant for candidates at the entry point of a Retail career. If you are interested in building good interpersonal rapport and have good listening skills and you enjoy interacting with customers, this field is the right one for you. This course will help you to learn the skills required for a career in Retail, such as: retail store operations, visual merchandising and retail sales. This course will also help you learn about skills required to work efficiently with colleagues and supervisors, converse in simple English, and confidentially handle demands of customers with a positive attitude.

Trainee Sales Associates display merchandise, interact with customers to understand their needs to service them with sales of relevant product offerings. They work within a team and the Retail organisation cordially.
